todae in the morning my alarm clock dint ring so i was late for bball training :( . i oni woke up when huiying sms me . den faster go bball training lor . at bball training , run 20 rnds den do frog jump n duck walk wif medicine ball all those tinggys lah . den after tt play match . play until 10am den training end liao . end liao den wei xin ask me wanna go minimart n slack slack awhile so i said yes lorh :) . it is rare tt sum1 wans to slack wif me u noe ? coz i suck n i noe xD . den after slack already is abt 2 or 3 pm liddat . den go home bath liao den use computer go youtube watch some videos n listen songs all tt . so now i blog n den i go sleep lor .
